1. Acceptance

By using MOTO2R you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

MOTO2R is a motorcycle community platform for planning rides, discovering places, and connecting with other riders. The service is provided "as is".

3. Your account

• You must be 18 or older to use MOTO2R.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• You may not create multiple accounts or impersonate others.

4. User content

By posting content (rides, reviews, photos, messages) on MOTO2R you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content within the platform. You retain ownership. You must have the right to post any content you share.

5. Prohibited conduct

• Posting illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Harassing or threatening other users
• Scraping or automated access without permission
• Using the platform to promote dangerous riding

6. Disclaimer of liability

Motorcycle riding is inherently dangerous. MOTO2R connects riders but is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages arising from rides organised through the platform. Always ride safely and within the law.

7. Account termination

You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes by email.
